The SWB Program
Swim skills are built through immersion, repetition, and consistent refinement over time. The SWB Program is designed around how long it takes for children to develop comfort, control, and confident stroke mechanics in the water.
The 3 Phases of the SWB Program
Foundation Intensive
6 Weeks | 3-4 Lessons Per Week
Focused immersion to establish independent floating, water comfort, breath control, and foundational swimming mechanics.
Seasonal Development
12 Weeks | 1-2 Lessons Per Week
Consistent weekly instruction to refine technique, strengthen endurance, and reinforce skills & confidence.
Skill Refresher
2 Weeks | 3 Lessons Per Week
Review to sharpen skills, correct small regressions, and maintain long-term progress.
Families may enter at any phase based on current skill level and goals, though beginning with the Foundation Intensive is recommended for strongest results.
